Self Care is Part of the Content Creation Process

It is so hard to take time off when you work from home. There’s always at least one point in every day you think about work and think to yourself, “Well, I could sneak away and just do this one thing…”
But I’m here to help you push those thoughts away and allow yourself to enjoy taking time off.
It takes time and practice for sure, but if you don’t take time to replenish yourself then you’ll be working from a low battery my friend. And when your battery is low the content you produce is much lower quality than when you take care of yourself and come back to your work feeling brighter and refreshed.
